Our silk scarves and lavallières are printed and hand-rolled in Lyon, by partners devoted to preserving French craftsmanship. Woven in a 12-momme silk twill, our scarf reveals an exceptionally soft fabric more fluid and less slippery than traditional scarves.
Our scarves are 100% silk, printed in Laval, in a workshop bearing France's Patrimoine Vivant label for living heritage and craftsmanship. Each French silk scarf is finished with hand-rolled edges the roulotté technique, a savoir-faire of the Lyon region sewn in a family-run atelier.
Four months in Lebanon, a sketchbook filled to the last page, and this silk scarf. Angélique gathered her observations of daily life and composed them in the manner of a toile de Jouy: a repeating, narrative pattern where each motif tells a fragment of the journey.

Why silk?

How do I care for a silk scarf?
To care for your silk scarf, we recommend dry cleaning but you can also wash it very gently by hand in cold water. Start with cold water and a mild soap, then iron it while still damp on the silk setting (no steam). To dry it, lay your scarf flat on a towel away from direct sunlight and avoid wringing the silk.
How do I style a silk scarf?
Our scarves offer endless ways to elevate any outfit. Wear them around the neck for an elegant, timeless touch, knotted at the wrist for a bohemian feel, or even in your hair for a fresh, modern look.
