General conditions of sale
Article 1: DEFINITION
Customer: non-commercial natural person placing the Order and holding full legal capacity.
Article: fashion product offered for sale on the Site.
Order: commitment to purchase all of the Items selected by the Customer via the Site’s e-commerce service.
The term “AMICALEMENT SOI” refers to the individual company Angélique gruau registered with the URSSAF of Pays de la Loire under the SIRET number: 908 077 183 00014 and SIREN 908 077 183
Article 2: APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale (the "GTC") apply exclusively, without restriction or reservation, to any Order for an Article placed via the Site by any Customer with AMICALEMENT SOI.
Given possible developments to the Site and regulations, AMICALEMENT SOI reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time. The new T&Cs will, where applicable, be brought to the attention of the Customer by online modification. The general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any sale are those appearing on the Site at the time the Order is placed.
On the site, any Order is subject to consultation and prior and unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the applicable prices and the General Terms and Conditions.
Validation of an Order following the order procedure offered on the Site constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and associated costs.
These T&Cs take precedence over any other document.
Article 3: PRICES
The prices of the products sold are indicated in Euros including all taxes on the sales page.
AMICALEMENT SOI reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price charged will be that mentioned at the time of conclusion of the sales contract and subject to availability of the product.
The product remains the property of Amicalement Soi until full payment of the price by the Customer. Once the Customer is in physical possession of the product, the responsibility for any possible damage or loss falls to him.
Article 4: ARTICLES
The Items offered for sale are those which appear on the Site on the day the Customer consults the Site, within the limit of available stocks.
Amicalement Soi reserves the right to withdraw from sale, at any time, any Article present on the Site and/or to replace or modify any information associated with the Articles appearing on this Site.
The information relating to the availability of the Articles is updated in real time. However, an error in the update, whatever its origin, does not engage the responsibility of AMICALEMENT SOI. As such, AMICALEMENT SOI cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of an Order for an Article due to the exhaustion of stocks. In the event of unavailability of an Article, after placing his Order, the Customer is informed by e-mail, his order will be refundable if the customer communicates, within 10 working days, the contact details necessary for a refund. After this period, the refund will no longer be possible, the customer will only be able to order another product available on the site.
It is possible that the Customer may receive, following an Order, an item previously returned by another person. It is specified that AMICALEMENT SOI only accepts the return of new, unworn and unwashed Items, these conditions being verified before the returned Items are put back into stock.
Article 5: ORDERS
The taking of an order on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up on the Site comprising successive steps leading to the validation of the Order. It implies an obligation to pay.
The Customer can buy as many Items as he wishes which will be added to the basket. Sales on this site are reserved exclusively for retail sales and individuals, no order may be placed by resellers alone or grouped, regardless of the method of marketing their products (marketplaces on the internet, shopping malls, intermediaries, physical stores in particular).
AMICALEMENT Soi reserves the right to refuse an Order clearly validated by a professional seller.
The Shopping Cart is a summary of the Items chosen by the Customer and indicates the prices and costs associated with the order. The Customer can modify his Shopping Cart before validating his Order.
Validation of the Order by the Customer constitutes confirmation of the Customer's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, the Items purchased, their price and the associated costs.
Any Order is subject to prior acceptance by AMICALEMENT SOI and is only definitively confirmed after receipt by the Customer of an e-mail confirming the shipment of the Item(s). The Customer formally accepts the use of e-mail for the confirmation of the content of his AMICALEMENT SOI Order.

If the Customer does not receive any email following their Order, it is their responsibility to contact AMICALEMENT SOI by amicalementsoi@gmail.com (article 9)
AMICALEMENT SOI cannot be held responsible in any way in the event of an input error or transmission of an input error preventing the delivery of the confirmation email and/or the Articles.
For any questions relating to the tracking of an Order, the Customer must contact customer service in accordance with the procedures described in article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions.
AMICALEMENT SOI reserves the right to remove any Article displayed on the Site at any time and to replace or modify any content or information appearing on the latter. Despite AMICALEMENT SOI's best efforts to meet the expectations of its customers, it may be necessary for the latter to refuse to process an order after having sent the Customer the confirmation email summarizing the Order.
AMICALEMENT SOI cannot be held liable to the Customer or a third party for the decision to remove an Article from the Site, or for the decision to replace or modify any content or information appearing on this Site, or for the refusal to process an Order after sending the confirmation email summarizing the Order.
Article 6: PAYMENT
Payment of the order price by the Customer entails validation of the sales contract. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer can pay by credit card or bank transfer (after contacting us by email: amicalementsoi@gmail.com) Secure online payment by credit card is carried out by our payment service provider STRIPE. Responsibility for any defects during the payment stage therefore lies with them.
Once the payment has been validated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited. By providing their banking information during the sale, the Customer authorizes the Seller to debit their card for the amount relating to the price indicated. The Customer confirms that they are the legal holder of the card to be debited and that they are legally entitled to use it. In the event of an error, or if it is impossible to debit the card, the Sale is immediately terminated by operation of law and the order is canceled.
Article 7: DELIVERY
The items offered for sale on www.amicalementsoi.com are deliverable in Europe & internationally on special request by email: amicalementsoi@gmail.com (contact details in article 9 of the T&Cs)
They will be delivered to the delivery address that the customer has provided on the order form.
For all products, the order is prepared in Laval for dispatch within 5 working days (subject to stock availability) from the order confirmation by email.
Orders are then delivered by tracked letter (La Poste) or Colissimo. Once the order is taken over by La Poste, the customer is delivered to their home or to a relay point within the timeframes specified below.
The delivery times announced on the site apply from the receipt by the customer of the email confirming the sending of the order sent by AMICALEMENT SOI. It takes 5 to 10 working days to receive the order after receiving the tracking number.
For shipments outside mainland France, shipping costs are invoiced excluding VAT. Customs or import taxes are not included in the shipping costs indicated and are the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery times announced on the site are purely indicative and depend on the destination and availability of the product ordered. Exceeding this deadline cannot give rise to any cancellation of the order, any reduction in the price paid by the buyer, and any payment in damages. However, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, in the event of non-delivery at the end of a period of thirty days from the day after the customer placed his order, the customer will have the possibility of canceling his order free of charge. The sums he has paid will then be refunded if he communicates his data necessary for a bank transfer to: amicalementsoi@gmail.com.
In cases where it has the capacity, AMICALEMENT SOI reserves the right to offer a product of quality and price equivalent to the initial product.
AMICALEMENT SOI cannot be held responsible for additional delays caused by the non-delivery of a bank authorization or an incomplete purchase order.
In the event of partial delivery, transport costs will only be charged for the first delivery.
Article 8: EXCHANGE & REFUND
The exchange is made for the same item in a different size or color if the amount is the same and within the limit of stock availability. Unless otherwise indicated, the exchange will be processed within a maximum of 20 days from the date on which AMICALEMENT SOI is informed of the customer's decision, provided that the product is returned in perfect condition, unworn and correctly folded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. AMICALEMENT SOI will bear the cost of re-delivery in Europe and to the extent that the total amount of shipping costs borne by AMICALEMENT SOI does not exceed the total amount of the customer's order.
Re-delivery costs are covered within the limit of one exchange for one order number. After an exchange, reimbursement will be impossible. The customer can exchange a product a maximum of 1 time.
If the buyer returns his items by his own means, it is strongly recommended to keep the tracking number until confirmation of good receipt by AMICALEMENT SOI. In the event of loss of the package by the carrier, this tracking number will be valid, but AMICALEMENT SOI does not undertake in any case to reimburse or exchange if the package is lost by the post office, carrier...
If the customer opts for a refund, AMICALEMENT SOI will refund the customer the price of the product(s), unless otherwise indicated, within a maximum of 20 days from the date of receipt of the items, the La Poste tracking being proof, provided that the product is returned in perfect condition, unworn and correctly folded. If the product is returned in a condition that does not allow it to be put back on sale, it will not be refunded. If the product is returned dirty and cannot be put back on sale immediately, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To obtain a refund, the customer must first contact customer service: amicalementsoi@gmail.com & after a return from the latter, the procedure will then be specified by e-mail. The refund will be deferred until recovery of the products, within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the returned products by AMICALEMENT SOI. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction. The cost of returning the product(s) to be refunded is the responsibility of the customer.
If the buyer returns his items by his own means, it is strongly recommended to keep the tracking number until confirmation of good receipt by AMICALEMENT SOI. In the event of loss of the package by the carrier, this tracking number will be valid, but AMICALEMENT SOI does not undertake in any case to reimburse if the package is lost by the post office, carrier...
Article 9: CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any information or question, for order tracking, or to activate the guarantee, the Customer must contact customer service by filling out the contact form located on the “Contact” page of the Site or by e-mail: amicalementsoi@gmail.com
Article 10: LEGAL GUARANTEES
In the presence The presence of an apparent defect on an Article must give rise to a complaint by e-mail (amicalementsoi@gmail.com). Any complaint must explain the defect concerned. Failing this, no complaint is admissible, and no return or exchange is possible.
The Item must be returned in its original packaging, new and unworn, unwashed and with the labels intact and attached, with the references of the initial Order and a copy of the complaint to AMICALEMENT SOI, after sending an e-mail reporting the apparent defect of the Item referred to above.
Cases of apparent defect give rise, depending on the content of the Customer's complaint, to either the establishment of a credit note for the benefit of the Customer, or the replacement of the Article, or the outright reimbursement of the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days. In the event of non-compliance with the return procedure, no exchange, refund or credit note is possible.
A hidden defect must be a defect that a thing, even if used, should not have. Thus, the guarantee of hidden defects cannot be retained when the defect is only the result of normal wear and tear of the thing or its prolonged use or when the defect comes from improper use of the thing.
AMICALEMENT SOI may be held responsible for any loss of the package in the event of an incident.
Article 10: RESPONSIBILITIES
AMICALEMENT SOI cannot be held liable for any events, inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet, particularly in the event of service interruption, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Furthermore, AMICALEMENT SOI cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding, fire. AMICALEMENT SOI will not incur any liability for any indirect damages resulting from these presents, loss of business, loss of profit, damages or costs, which could arise.
Article 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The brands, domain names, products, designs, software, images, videos, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of AMICALEMENT SOI. No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these T&Cs. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these assets is strictly prohibited.
Article 12: CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal information collected from the customer is necessary for processing the order, its delivery and the establishment of the invoice.
This information may be distributed by AMICALEMENT SOI to its contractual partners as part of the execution of the order, in particular to ensure the transport of the products ordered.
AMICALEMENT SOI undertakes to protect this data concerning the customer. In accordance with the “data protection” law of 6/01/1978, amended by the law of 6 August 2004.
In accordance with Article 34 of the same law, the customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him. In this case, the customer may make a request by e-mail to amicalementsoi@gmail.com
Article 13: COMMERCIAL OFFERS AND NEWSLETTERS
AMICALEMENT SOI may send Customers information relating to the Articles and commercial offers by post, e-mail, text message, telephone or via all web spaces managed by AMICALEMENT SOI on social networks, subject to prior acceptance.

Derrière Amicalement Soi, c’est Angélique Gruau
Parisienne et Mayennaise, Angélique a cherché à dépoussiérer le classique carré de soie pour en faire un accessoire du quotidien.
«Amicalement Soi, c’est du cinéma, de la couleur, de la musique, de la famille, de l’élégance, de la sensualité, de l’extravagance, du voyage, de l’Histoire, des amis, de l’esthétique et de l’éthique.»
Angélique a grandi avec une envie de création permanente, s’inspirant de ses lectures, du cinéma, de la musique, de l’architecture, de la sculpture et de toute activité artistique. Angélique aime créer, observer et partager. Dès l’âge de sept ans, elle utilise ses mains pour créer en modelant l’argile. Puis vient la broderie et très vite l’apprentissage de la couture avec la machine familiale. Adolescente, elle se dirige naturellement vers un lycée d’art appliqué pour poursuivre son apprentissage à la Chambre syndicale de la couture parisienne puis à l’Atelier Chardon Savard. Son désir de créer n’a cessé de s’accroître. Assoiffée d’apprentissage, Angélique découvre le travail d’artisan chez le tailleur Cifonelli à Paris pendant ses études après ses cours, apprenant, observant ce savoir-faire unique du tailoring.

Après la théorie, vient la pratique. Angélique sera assistante de styliste pour les maisons de couture Rabih Kayrouz, Christian Wijnants et Coralie Marabelle. Elle a ensuite eu la chance de perfectionner ses connaissances en tant que graphiste et coloriste en industrie d’exception pour l’atelier d’impression « Les tissus d’Avesnières » et l’Usine Ratti à Côme.
Fraîchement diplômée d’un master de textile en textile à l’Accademia de Costume e Moda à Rome, Angélique continue à faire grandir sa marque «AMICALEMENT SOI» jour après jour.
